Julie Hughes started her career in banking and has continued in Financial Services for over 20 years, working in numerous roles including National Development Manager and Regional Sales Manager. She helped launch a Mortgage Franchise network and operated as HR, Training and Compliance Director within an AIM listed plc. In addition, Julie also operates as a HR and Business Consultant.
