This course provides relevant training for job searching in the current climate. We cover goal setting, job searching, CV preparation, personal confidence and interview training.

We have over 30 years experience in recruiting which is delivered in a packed one day course.

Confidence vs. Communication

This course is designed for people who have either lost their confidence due to recent employment changes or generally just need a boost. Let Ruth Badger teach you how she combats low confidence which will ensure you progress in your career and life. The course is set in a low pressured environment but will really address confidence and communication issues, looking at building confidence and using it in both work and personal situations. Each attendee will gain an understanding of what is communication and how to deliver it, as well as reviewing their body language and learning to overcome their internal barriers.

The above courses are for one day and subject to maximum numbers with all attendees leaving with a personal development plan.

CV Preparation

This is a personal one to one service to ensure the right CV is prepared for you. We will use our years of experience from sifting CV’s to ensure you have an appropriate and attractive proposition that sells your skills off the page!
